It`s nice to know that option is on the table, especially if it was an all cash offer and it could happen if the self-named Global Genius would park his ego and get realistic considering he has done nothing for the last ten years but collect a salary, but I suspect Citrix would prefer a share offering which would downgrade 01`s value or a share offering in the new GoTo which would be easier for Citrix`s shareholders to swallow. Maybe Andrew would consider a senior position in GoTo like CTO which would make sense for everybody.
