RE:RE:RE:RE:Is Don Baxter a $25,000,000 COO?OMG, you are not aware of any wrongdoing by GE and Jeff York. Have you never done any due diligence nor actually read the notes to the financial statements. How about the $1.5 Million loaned to Grafoid. Money raised from investors with the intention of being used to forward the mine. It was diverted to a private company with GE as CEO. He then converted the loan into shares in a private company. The shares are worthless. Or let's talk about the prepaid travel expenses paid to JAG airlines. JAG stands for Jeff and Gerry. The money for prepaid travel went so JAG could buy an airplane since Gerry wanted his own plane. Legend, where there is smoke there is fire. The corruption and abuse is rampant in this company.
As for your comment about Baxter and creditor protection, it makes zero sense the way it is written. A $450,000 lawsuit is not trivial and obviously he believes he has grounds to file the suit. Unless you have a copy of his employment contract on which to base your views, than once again where there is smoke there is fire. My bet is Focus is out of business either before the lawsuit concludes or because of the lawsuit.
