If Grafoid was so valuable will their $100,000,000 in fictitious sales by the end of 2015, the shares would have been sold and Focus would be flush with cash.
If you can't sell them, they have zero value since no one wants the shares.
What makes you think Grafoid has any value? Is it because GE said they would have $100,000,000 in sales in 2015?
If you want facts about the company, read the notes to the financial statements. If will have time to do that while "actively waiting" for developments at Focus.
If they cannot raise money; if they cannot sell Grafoid shares; if they lose the Baxter lawsuit and owe him $450,000, how will they stay in business? Facts are they cannot raise funds. Fact they have not been able to sell Grafoid shares. Seems to me who are drinking the cool aid and are not seeing the facts.
