All things being equal, I think your statement should be classified as historical fact but really is out dated for what is currently happening inside the business.

That dividend is looking rather sweet as the company beats down debt moving the FCF down to 60%.  They are also now a little bit more than just a raw student transportation business with their play nice policy consulting division and the investment in the tech side.   I am not so sure debt and or equity issues are going to be relevant to continue their +10% yoy compounded growth strategy.

Management has been very specific with their statements meaning that all you can do is spread doubt about management.  As for management being specific with their statements, well, that would leave them open to all kinds of law suits if what you say is correct.  You better rethink your short position before you get hurt.
