Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is total return through a combination of current income, capital gains and capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a portfolio of dividend yielding equity securities of Asia Pacific companies. The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its managed assets in dividend producing equity securities of, or derivatives having economic characteristics similar to the equity securities of Asia Pacific Companies that are listed and traded principally on Asia Pacific exchanges. The Fund will invest in equity securities and will select securities through a bottom-up process that is based upon quantitative analysis. Voya Investments, LLC is an investment adviser of the Fund.

Nice thoughts Kensho.  Manipulation is not realistic but I think you are over looking the December affect on this and other stocks.  Tax loss selling is almost over and the lack of interest because of the holidays ends in about 10 days.  Also in 9 days we enter Q1 the target quarter for the platform sailing.  When the consensus estimate suggests the price target is 1.43 and you are at .a December SP of 55, then I would expect the share price to rise closer to .90 once the December affect is over.  Having said that I'm content to hold what I have and resist the call to buy 50K for xmas.  Putting too many eggs in any basket is never a good idea.
