  Well I wouldnt be too sure about that.  With the market cap now at $617,000  ,  Im guessing the environmental / clean up liabilities  now exceed the market cap.    Once again the poor suffering tax payer is left holding the bag. I forget exacly what the bond to the Mines Branch was ( $420,000?),  but this wont cover very much reclamation and the Mines Branch arent exactly flush with cash ,  so I predict that this will be an unreclaimed site for decades to come.

And the worst of it is ,  this will be brought up time and again by those against the mining industry.  Every failure like this just makes it increasingly difficult  for the rest of us to open and operate mines..

I wonder if Mr Mossman and his colleagues will continue to pull salaries and expenses from the corporate kitty.  Im am unsure on the laws of directors personal liabilities,  but it would be nice to see those guily of mis management  held personaaly accountable and financially liable.
