Nothing makes sense with MBAC - maybe they finally agreed to put it as a condition of the deal being finalized. 

What I'm disappointed in is I blieve the senior lenders mis-judged the employees legal rights. They should have up front provided funds to pay severance facilitating a faster deal months ago.
