RE:Where are the sales?

RE:Where are the sales?Merovingian2003, regarding sales, a couple of other well informed posters have mentioned, there are very little sales in the FTTH sector, as most major telecoms have not started putting out tenders yet. The newspaper articles reporting large budgetary expenditures in this field are due to roll out this year. Hopefully, with Valdor's respected Canadian distributor and long relationship with the major Canadian telcos, Valdor will be in receipt of some sizable orders.
Regarding profit margins, the company has indicated 40% is common for their product lines, depending on the client and size of orders.
As others have mentioned, CFE in Mexico is a huge government company, controlling contract spending and tender recipients, and from what is known, Valdor had very positive meetings with them a month ago. They apparently have a budget of $10 billion over the next 3 or 4 years. Hopefully Valdor can receive some of those contracts. They have strong ties in Mexico, through their man, Hector Toledo, his friend Carlos Slim and others. Hector is well respected in Mexico, and throughout Latin America.
LTE, Lite Technology took 10 years to get where they are now, and are somewhere in the minus .08 per share, until more contracts come in as reported. Valdor is only 3 years new, since new management took over and rebuilt the company, and are negative .01 or .02 per share. This shows the potential with some serious contracts for both companies, but as LTE is $1.10 a share, compared to .09 for VTI, Valdor's leverage could be huge. And I don't prefer the CNX exchange, but I believe the regulations are less stringent, and costs are a little lower. You can get listed quicker too.
Have a great Christmas and a happy and prosperous new year.  Sparky.
