RE:AerNow and Replay Xd looking to purchase Sensio .
I would be extremely careful with this one. Back when the first terror attack happened in 2001 there were tons of TSX main stocks that got nailed absolutely badly (i.e. Sierra Wireless, Glentel, Bell, Saskatchewan Wheat Pool, Air Canada) I will talk about Air Canada as I was involved with that one. That one very much like this one filed for chapter 11 and was trading around .31 or so it traded very heavy and dipped to .27's and then .12's and then went back up temporary to .24's even though theoretically speaking their shares were absolutely worthless about .005. What inevitably happened is that the company decided to underwrite new shares and then come out of bankruptcy which they did and which Celine Dionne was used as a celebrity face for it. Prior to it going down, Victor lee I believe a billionaire from China was supposed to be interested but things fell through. Regardless, if experience tells me anything whoever ends up getting this at a very fraction of what they will get back will most likely underwrite new shares. If this won't be the case, I don't see why this company did not think of doing other things further dilution with the intent to inevitably consolidate later--trying to make arrangements for a very low buyout etc. I would be very careful here. Fortunately, I only bought $40 worth and was looking to buy more because I believe this has excellent potential but apparently management has been making some really bad decisions. Whether chapter 11 is one of them, I doubt it, not for those who know what they are doing and who most likely already sold their holdings. They will most likely be offered a decent buyout for where they are but everyone at retail unless they do things properly will continue to get killed here. Most likely new shares will inevitably be underwritten--this is as good as dead for retailers' purposes. Wish things are different or I am just simply wrong but experience is experience been there done that! AC is just one example! Just my two cents worth. glta
