I think share price is held up by the chance of unexpected
event such as a takeover offer. That is way I am not waiting to buy, I keep adding to my position. Given the massive discount to future value and very little debt, I think PPY is ripe for a takeover, so if I have to pay a little more than I might if I wait, that is fine. The current price is low enough for me and if it goes lower I will add even more shares.
