Insider buying
Insider buyingNow that we are past the year end tax loss selling the thing I am looking for is new insider buying. Once we start to see either or both of the key insiders picking up shares I will follow suit.
My thought is that I will buy the same percentage that they buy. Each of them hold roughly 2 million shares. If they buy 200,000 each it would cause a little activity but nothing major in the market. But it would represent them adding 10% to their position and I would add a corresponding 10% to my position.
What I am really hoping to se is that they step in and buy 500,000 each which would make it a million total which would create a bit more activity in the market. If they both add 25% I will probably do the same.
If most of the larger players that have been holding the stock, like myself, all step in and follow the insiders it could have a pretty significant impact. Now all we need is for them to make the first move.
