RE:RE:war of letters quoted by BNN this morningCOS takeover decision is result of vote by Board ie not CEO decision. COS suitors/white knights journey is headed by COS Chairman ie not CEO... The letter to COS shareholders is issued by COS Chairman ie not CEO... It just wondered me why when one is in frustrated in takeover matters kept on saying "fire CEO" when takeover matters are under jurisdiction of Board... If the matter is COS as a company is poorly managed , then yes CEO is the one to blame !
