Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:RE:Scenario

RE:RE:RE:ScenarioFrom my understanding:

- even if NLN wanted to do live events there is no one left in the 3D business outside of 2D to 3D conversion companies

- the studios are not a creditor to SIO as their cut in the sales was prepaid by SIO - in their books, the  sales are already made and they won't lose anything.

- the 3D Go assets have no value.  The deals are non-exclusive, come with expiration dates shorter than a jug of milk and can't be transferred.

- the reason the studios still do 3D movies is to bypass the foreign movie embargo in China.  It's all fake post-converted 3D made in India and China.

- VOD won't die with 3D go - everyone and their mother, from telcos to cable operators still offer the product - it's just not viable in 3D which is why they all stopped offering the 3D service (IMHO it's always been a very marginal product at best ecen in 2D)

- Even if SIO was to get many million dollars for selling the only thing they have that has value (IP) it would never be enough to launch an international VOD campaign.  That was a mix of folly, arrogance, and maybe misdirection by SIO's management, who's been way over their heads for quite some time now.
