I think that if Nuvo terminated the R & D business and liquidated the drug pipeline (sell it or shut it down) kept the money and unloaded the manangement leeches the stock would skyrocket. You did not have to pay Bloom Burton a million for that piece of advice.

Take $5 million of that compensation and dividend it out to shareholders annually; how do you like me now?"

I think some members of this board forget that management has a duty and obligation to shareholders, and not their pockets.  As much as I would hate rewarding these guys with their own company, it is better to have to pay only one incompetent executive than two.  Eventually, someone may force one of them out and put the assets in the hands of capable managers.  

Does devco still need $35m?
