RE:RE:Ballard Power (T.BLD)(BLDP) Momentum Signals I doubt this rise is solely due to this news....positioning for next yea, short squeeze, well-informed investors, something like that could be adding to the momo. This is not the big push up imho. It will come, if ever, when we get really good news from China. All imho.
