Maybe US listing makes it go up a bit faster but I doubt they are a race of idiots down there overpaying for stocks, so can't see it making much difference.- As a personal example, I just bought a NASDAQ device company with FDA approval that is trading below cash value so it isn't like everything on that exchange has a lofty valuation.

Glen Kayll is just a bean counter, so not integral to a TOS M&A deal. It isn't like some pro athlete who has lots of playoff experience - any deal will be driven by analysis of technical product attributes or marketing expectations which you don't ask a bean counter to perform. His last employer, RGX, is still looking for a partnership deal and trading at $.035 down from close to $1 - I heard 2 cc over the last 18 months where the CEO said he was never closer to a deal. How many superstar bean counters has TOS gone through in the last 5 years, and does anyone miss them?
