RE:Do gaps have to fill?

RE:Do gaps have to fill? Corrected.....

The simple answer is no. However, given enough time and depending on the size of the gap along with the general market conditions, gaps may fill. In this case, oversold condition and a 50% retrace still nearly $15 off, gaps we see, may be ignored. For instance, the gap between $64.93 on March 6 to $75 on March 9, 2015 never filled until September 25, 2015. So the gap did get filled but it took over six months to do so.

Actually, the gap between $54.33 and $54.65 December 24 was not a true gap since we had a high of $54.96 on December 2. So any space there was taken care of. Any weakness below the $60-$65 range is still a buy in my opinion.
