RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Balance Sheet as of Sept 2015I failed to mention that the assets have already been depreciated by $700MM+. That doesn't mean that they need to spend that same amount to re-build  the infrastructure to go to full production. They are able to go full production as is. 

Well...I jumped back in.
