RE:RE:We will close at least .80...Management would be foolish to endorse any bid from DML that wasnt at a great premium over todays SP and completely cash, or, if any stock involved, at a significant premium to the .85, perhaps in excess of what would amount to a 50% premium or 2/1 merger. It simply isnt going to happen.
