RE:Who Else Could Pay a Special Dividend Like Petrodorado?
I would worry a little about Condor, they currently have cash, but their management fees are far to high and their unproductive activities are expensive. So I think it is a trap, you buy thinking they have cash, but at the rate they are spending it and with nothing to show for their efforts, I think they will likely end up wasting the cash and so buying it for the cash could be very disappointing. In my view. My best cash pick would be MSV, trading at 42 cents a share with $1.00 per share cash, plus other assets and they are being very careful with their cash and in fact increased it in 2015 through some good moves.
