RE:Concordia Director sells 100,000 shares on Dec 29.Correction: Kupinsky bought 103,217 common shares of CXR on November 19, 2015, not October 19.  He's Concordia's Lead Independent Director. Why would he do this now and not wait a week or 2 until after Investor Day?
