I've seen it

I've seen it
posted so many times, but can somebody explain how to find out how many shares are owned by each insider, within a public company? This would be for a Canadian TSX listed company. Do you need to have a higher than normal trading account? I found SEDI, but it looks like you have to know who the insider is, and do each individually. Is that the only way? Seems pretty tedious. I would have to think there'd be a way to do it by company. So any tips would be appreciated. If a higher level account is required, and if someone would be willing to find the info for me, the symbol is AVP. Posting it on that BB would likely be the best way to share it, if someone would be so kind. Thxs.
