Touchstone Strategic Income ETF V.SIO

Primary Symbol: SIO

The Fund seeks a high level of current income with a focus on capital preservation. The Fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80 percent of its assets in income producing fixed-income securities. This is a non-fundamental investment policy that the Fund's Board can change upon 60 days prior notice to shareholders. Income producing securities generally include corporate debt securities, mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, government securities (both U.S. government securities and foreign sovereign debt), and preferred stocks. The Fund will engage in frequent and active trading as part of its principal investment strategies.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Some Rough Math - Looking Bad....

RE:RE:RE:RE:Some Rough Math - Looking Bad....Hold on...why are we talking about 2 employees retained.  That was indeed the situaton before the court order was approved, but the court did agree to the employee retention plan, to allow the company to execute on "strategic objectives" to further the sale process....I can't believe Rothwiller and chocalate being the only 2 employees who can deliver these  objectives. They would need some of thier technical staff to deliver these goals.  Maybe not all 9 employees, but some of them?

I bet your right that the customer service desk staff are gone.  They would be less of a priority than the staffg getting the technical stuff done for streaming devises...thus improving the value of the company for any potentail buy-out...anyways...this is still a long shot, and the ammunition in the barrell is wet!...so may just blow up in a few weeks.
