RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:sales during a recessionHey Ticker28<br /> <br /> That is exactly what I mean. &nbsp;For the east coast distance between states is a very short drive so to me it was a great transaction. &nbsp;Buy a successfull business in New Jersey and leverage that talent to open up 2 more locations right away. &nbsp;By the way i believe that New Jersey will allow 9 locations per master liscencee by 2020.<br /> <br /> In my previous life I worked for Sysco. &nbsp;If you study how this company grew quickly in the US, it was through key acquistions. &nbsp;They incorporated the talent into the organization and allowed them to expand into key markets around the acquistion. &nbsp;<br /> <br /> Another point i want to make is this. &nbsp;There is a saying &#39;Half the margin is in the buy&#39; &nbsp;Sysco has proven to me that with great software, deep visibility of what your buying and what your selling i have seen margins improve by strong single digits over a moderate period of time. &nbsp;What LIQ is doing with SAP will pay for itself in less than 3 years on that alone. &nbsp;That is only one of many benefits that can grow sales and margin.<br /> <br /> Have a good one.
