That is exactly what I mean.  For the east coast distance between states is a very short drive so to me it was a great transaction.  Buy a successfull business in New Jersey and leverage that talent to open up 2 more locations right away.  By the way i believe that New Jersey will allow 9 locations per master liscencee by 2020.

In my previous life I worked for Sysco.  If you study how this company grew quickly in the US, it was through key acquistions.  They incorporated the talent into the organization and allowed them to expand into key markets around the acquistion.  

Another point i want to make is this.  There is a saying 'Half the margin is in the buy'  Sysco has proven to me that with great software, deep visibility of what your buying and what your selling i have seen margins improve by strong single digits over a moderate period of time.  What LIQ is doing with SAP will pay for itself in less than 3 years on that alone.  That is only one of many benefits that can grow sales and margin.
