Skyplt, you say "This time last year AC was forecast to earn two dollars. We now expect this to be closer to 4 dollars". The PE number I see of about 9.5 reflects the $2 earnings. If earnings are really coming in at $4 now the SP would seem cheap. How sure are we of that $4 in earnings? If they are earning at that level you'd expect a higher SP - but perhaps those earnings are not deemed to be sustainable?
