be careful for planning to short COS

be careful for planning to short COSFollowing "COS staying independent" news release, I saw several posts in this bullboard predicting $5 or $6 handle by Fri... Guess these are from folks who want to gain with COS shorts... But I would say even with today when the acquisition possibility quite evaporated, COS SP still stays around 7.90 C$... See for those who want to ride a profit train being COS shorts, you might burn yourself if you think COS SP will drop to $6. Rather Seymour revealed firmly that he is not tendering his COS shares and even said "xxxx OFF" to SU 0.25 bid as well as talked with many other shareholders who also cited bid offer too low... So we for sure have the large COS shareholders (Seymour Team) staying together unmoved while waiting for oil recovery !! Today I heard in CNN two analysts in separate interviews saying they will gradually lower their SU stake because they believe SU upside potential will not be as good as other energy stock when oil price recover.. So we should be glad we don't need to deal wth SU stock in our portfolio !
