A bit surprising. Guests on BNN tell the screener which stocks they will and won't talk about, so given the larger market cap of CGI, it is likely it would have been called about.

Could be he is selling and didn't want to hurt the price or maybe buying and didn't want to push it up.

We'll never know, but still a good stock to own in my opinion.
