A high fcuk you very much to both parties. Reach a fair deal, or don't but put it to bed. There are enough other crppy things going on already with oil that shareholders are dealing with. It seems Morton this site see .32 to .34 as fair. Why can 't these guys. I am disappointed in all parties for turning this into a goat rope.
All of you that want a .32 offer should of sold your shares when they reached about $10.
greed will get you every time.
i sold when the offer was anounced back in October. Bought back in to trade, but sold over a week ago at a small loss. This deal will probably not happen and when it doesn't rest assured it will see it dip to the $6 level.
sometimes the first offer is your best offer. SU is a much better run company than COS and you all know it.
