RE:Schulich Releases Open Letter To COS Shareholders:

RE:Schulich Releases Open Letter To COS Shareholders:Seymour had taken a full page newspaper ad on rejection to SU bid.... Great ! This sort of open letters (Seymour, Burgundy's newsletter) as well as ad in newspaper are clear messages to everyone that 0.25 SU bid price is unacceptable... SU really has to make up his mind whether they will continue to play low ball game or really showing some sincerity (rather than bullying capability) in the negotiation table.... These open letters also show that many COS shareholders have the finance that they can wait out for oil recovery.... Neither COS as a company nor many of COS shareholders need to sell their COS shares, so lowballing is NOT a strategy... SU will have to make up its mind...walk away OR pull together an attractive bid and test the water with discussion with Seymour Team... Seymour is doing a good job for COS shareholders in writing an open letter as well as putting in a full page ad....I would love to see the physical page of the newspaper ad but I guess it is Calgary Herald ???
