@Matlec7 Have you spoken to Posner again? On 12/10/15@12:48 you posted you hadn't received answers to your emails. You came back, same day, at 2:16 and said Posner called you 5 mins after you posted and then you related your conversation lengthily in writing here. Point being, if you have not spoken to him again, your "few hours" is wildy inaccurate. Moreover, a post like that did raise flags that we should be calling the OSC and reporting Posner for securities violation and selective disclosure. Additionally, Matthiew L'Ecuyer, your full name is on this board and we should report you and your buys, and your friends and family's buys, since your conversation.  On December 17, 2015, Jacob Securities (JSI) was suspended. They were the brokering firm for the IPO. Birds of a feather...?

Posner is 
1- ether telling the truth, and there is A LOT in the fire. Just no real news being released until things are 100% set in stone.
2- He is THE BEST SCAME artist i have ever met.

Now, i am a huge believer in first instincts and following your instincts. and my first instinct with posner after speaking with him at length and analysing his personally and ambition levels. He is the real deal. He earned my belief. I trust my instinct on this one. The potential for rewards vs loss are fare to great to pass up on this opportunity. EVEN IF 1/2 of what he is saying is true.
