Snake, you might want to try something less stressful

Based on most of your posts, I don't think stock trading is for you, my friend.
Stocks go up, stocks go down. Oil is down, but it will go up. The rent/lease market doesn't stay cold for long and you can't really lose when it comes to renting/leasing office space IMHO.
