Wrongful Advertising by Baystreet.ca

Hello All,

Please note that this morning a general email was sent out by Baystreet.ca, with the wrongful date. In this email the company Thermal Energy Inc was mentioned and could have lead to some confusion about the status of the company.

The email sent by baystreet was dated Monday, September 29, 2014, which indicated the annual earnings of that time in present form, indicated 60% growth in earnings, which was related to the annaul earnings of 2 years ago!

Please note that this volume is related to this mistake and not the strength of the stock an email to Thermal Energy Inc. and TSX has been sent related to this issue.
