RE:RE:Zero....I daresay that if you look at the strength of MBA.TO relative to other higher-education stocks it is a masterful performance - how many of them would you guess are trading above their 52-week MA besides MBA.TO?
This article has a nugget that the sector overall was down 42% in 2015.

It doesn't seem like anything has changed fundamentally for CIBT and I'm still looking for something like .60 on the stock. We probably need overall sentiment in North American higher education to change at least a bit for that to happen. The major risk (Vancouver real estate market) is also the same as before.
