Obamacare

ObamacareI like the stock, sector and storyline for this company, quite a lot actually. Im entirely sure there is smarter people out there then me, so can anyone answer me this question; Are the majority of the costs that are charged out for the use of these rehabilitation facilities covered by Obamacare (government)? If so, are we not at risk of a new presidential candidate repealing the affordable healthcare bill in the states and finding this business model is no longer sustainable? I know the bill is extremely controversial, so I wonder what would happen if a republican nominee (or different democrat) with opposing views would change the bill.
