RE:Battery market share

RE:Battery market shareOver the Christmas break I spent some valuable family time in Hawaii. The weather was great and the sun shone strong from 7am- till 6 pm each day. Then night set in and the local clubs and restaurants came to life.
What is interesting is that every rooftop is filled with solar panels to help subsidize the high cost of power. But when night time comes they revert back to the grid. Hawaii has one of the world’s highest power costs as their power is generated from the burning of diesel fuel. All of the diesel consumed is also imported from refiners within the continental U.S.
Just imagine if all those houses had a battery pack to store the solar energy and consumed it in the evening hours. Tesla and others have the low cost product available and are just starting to roll them out. I believe that the real battery sales are in home energy storage and the EV cars are just a bonus. This market is set to grow like nothing we have seen before. As a result graphite will be in HUGE demand Alabama will be in a strong position to participate
