But IRR is not the actual return that investors would get after making an investment. If 17% is the actural return, as you claimed, then the NPV would be Zero. But the after-tax NPV is greater than $250 M.

I agree with some investors here that FCV may consider selling their deposit.

Big players are already in Bayovar, and this seems to be a chance for FCV.
