RE:DIAGNOCURE-HOLOGIC PROPOSED PCA3 ASSET SALE IS FLAWEDwhat nonsence how can kpmg give a fairness opinon on a single test the holx did not market on purpose to get it on the cheap. once again dr. yves is proven a fool and ineffectual leader as he has in all past transactions. i have never seen the original agreement but sure it was negotiated in the same fradet manner. we all had the right idea except management killed it
