Stop crying that RPM stole candy from a baby, Couer had papered over some RPM claims as shown on a map provided by Couer on the field trip. A good CEO would check this out, eh? The lack of payment by Couer was then discovered.

What does any good miner do when the neighboring claims lapse and are void? Look back at history, the law prevails, paying Assesment Fees is not some obscure requirement, EVERY YEAR!! Since before the ML 1872.

File or fail to hold title to the mineral estate. No tricks! Get over it, fabrication is unbecoming.
