It's all good points.  I have looked at the insider transactions awhile back but can someone post a clear report of the number of shares they hold and at what value.

Shareholders have the right to put forward a shareholder proposal in advance of the annual meeting.  One could put pressure on the board and company by demanding a higher link between Executive compensation and the performance of the share value.  I know that proposal would get my vote on any stock.

I forget what the deadline is again for putting together a proposal.  It likely would get resistance from the board but it sends a message and it might surprisingly get a lot of support from the silent majority.
