Iliveinavan: I've been in LRE for a long time & have been buying down. I've yet to see a sense of urgency or desperation on the part of the major shareholders & fund holders and, is the reason I stayed in. No-one could predict what has happened over the year but with hindsight everybody is now an expert.

Whether there is an agreement to a deal (this is now the third one) I don't know but I am sure not worried about LRE going into bankruptcy. None of the stakeholders want this nor do they want to go in this direction. None of us on this board have an iota of legal understanding as to the contracts that were signed. My sense is that Andrew (LRE CEO) & the LRE BoD are the ones under the gun & stand to lose a lot from every which direction
.
For all you bottom feeders the sky is not falling so prepare yourselves for the long run in this uncertain climate.
