RE:RE:What can go wrong?I am not really conerned or I would not be in Penny stocks, I have made good money and I have lost good money on the TSX and TSX.v and I am in the States.. I have been averaging up, so I only have a 100% gain on some of my shares but not really concerned about selling any. I was concered as I was going to add substantial shares and since we have all been very optimistic on the stock, the analysts are optimistic, the chart is optimistic, I had just thought it might be a change of pace to look to what could go wrong because this is one of the stocks that is something does go wrong, it could go south fast since it went up so fast.etc. This might be a chance for me to pick up some shares on dips as I will probably just watch for a few days as I doubt we hear anything on the well for a while. I think they will hold off on their 2016 budget until they know the results of this 2nd well.
I think the worse thing that can happen on the #2 well is that the conventional output is much less than the #1 well and the testing on the deepr end does not validate the economics for fracking..I doubt they get nothing out of it. And of course, I am hoping for the best outcome
But what about some of the other factors? The $9 to $10,sales price is that locked into US$ then converted into the loonie for all of the $#'s??. I would think it would have too, since most of Turkey's gas comes from Russia and their currency has been a roller coaster, the Turkish currency has been inflating etc.
I do see TNP has a few trades today but price off substantially. For anyone who does not know, this is VLE's JV partner and in $ trouble and one reason VLE's production down for 2015, TNP could not property fund to keep replenishing the diminsihing output from the fracs. I am wondering the chance that VLE might try and pick up at least some of TNP's assets in this market?
