RE:RE:Action PlanBuyback is a bad idea. Buybacks work when it boosts eps and thus share price assuming p/e multiple stays the same. EUO has negative eps right now. Also, the stock price of EUO is being supported by cash balance and potential for SICPA to announce a large win eventually.
