RE:boomselect ROE Pemex JVThey have 140 days to finalize the deals - according to Keith Schaefer's note.  I would think that management is just as smart as posters on the bullboard and are keenly aware of the perceived economics of the original bid deal.  Would not be suprised if these royalties looked a little different upon closing of the transaction.
