Probably to some extent but IMO not likely enough to kill a deal. For example, if the purchaser is Sinoenergy Pacific it's not likely they just said ''Hey, this looks like a good buy, let's go for it''. These people do their homework and factor in all kinds of worst case scenarios before moving ahead with an offer, especially in this environment. LRE is a long term steal at .52 and a well financed player will have no problem with 770m.
