RE:RE:RE:RE:No Insider Buying

Hi Mike,

Much agreed about the social media having a strong impact and how those executives that don't exhibit corporate responsiblity should be black balled.

An activist could also be positioned long and just exhert force on the managment by asking for a shareholder resolution or fighting for a board seat and waging proxy war.  Don't think we need that here but we should be encouraged to use our voice and not be silent as usually happens.

If you get to look more into the options information and share it, that would be much appreciated.  The more we learn and the more we group together as owners and use the tools given us, the greater our chance to drive excellent results from the company.  I think shareholder proposals tend to get the stink eye from the board and management but I would stil encourage shareholders to consider that tool.  It's something Canadians don't do enough of.

Our CEO does make quite a hefty salary but he does come with a good resume and has built a business from the ground up.  Lets hope he follows through and purchases common stock to show a vote of confidence in him and his team's ability.  I mainly want directors and management aligned with shareholders.  If private makes sense then lets get it done and make sure shareholders are properly rewarded.  If staying public is best then they need to show the market conviction with purchasing equity.
