COS/SU Deal What's your prediction?

COS/SU Deal What's your prediction?1)  The SU bid is accpeted this Friday by over 2/3rds of COS shareholders.  
2)  The SU bid Friday deadline is extended and or the the offer is increased.
3)  The SU bid is rejected


I'm leaning towards #3.  Might be buying some $7 put options soon.  It's a gamble at this point.  With the arbitrage spread @ 14% the market is lening towards no deal for this Friday.
