RE:Bombardier still bothering Ottawa

I hate it when guys like Parry call this a handout or aid . Since when is the condition of a handout repayment with interest . Lets be honest . BBD doesn`t need the money so I`m not sure why they continue to ask . The only thing I can think of is they know they will need a second assembly line . When things become a big success the politicians will want in on the photo opp . Like space puke did , showing up to take a pat on the back for the CS-100 certification right after he skuttled the Porter deal .
