Wouldn't the Chinese have been buying LRE shares a while back & even now. Since, according to you they have done all their homework & so any share under .52 is bonus to them. Also, they would have a voice at the table instead of relying on insiders & certain other shareholders.
I say they are non-committal; in other words these gents are playing the game & enjoying the prestige that comes along (Andrew & the like bowing to them, wining & dining them) - why you would even think these Red Chinese Communist are Capitalists.
There is no Company except for the one you imagine in your head.
