RE:RE:RE:WowInteresting, Chris Parry seems to agree with me. That's cool, I've always enjoyed his writing. The hype/acquisition factor keeps short sellers at bay for sure. Straight up selling by rattled investors who look at these financials amidst a backdrop of worldwide equity carnage is a different story that will likely put a ceiling on the stock for now. $3 was obvious resistance from a technical and fundamental POV.

Canopy Growth Corp is distinctly overvalued, based on their current finances, and their significant US investor base makes them susceptible to both Canadian and US investor freakouts (as well as upward spikes). But they’re also the outfit most likely to be able to make a big move into the southern space, even as they pitch lawsuits at other companies and are constantly whispered as likely takeover threats to every other operator.
